Community Development Representative
Riley Silsby joined the NCRPC in 2025 as community development representative. In this role, Riley assists member cities, counties and area non-profits with a variety of community initiatives including project development and administration. She is set to graduate from Kansas State University in May with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Community Development (RECD), along with a minor in community planning.
