Housing Director
Keegan Bailey was named Housing Director in November 2020. She has been with the organization since 2015 and previously served as administrative assistant and housing assistant. In her role as Housing Director, Keegan administers housing rehabilitation projects in the region and oversees housing programs for the NCRPC. In addition, she is the Home Ownership Program Coordinator. A native of Beloit, Keegan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Washburn University.
