Housing Director
Keegan Bailey was named Housing Director in November 2020 and has been with the organization since 2015. In her role as Housing Director, Keegan focuses on housing needs in the region and oversees housing programs for the NCRPC. A native of Beloit, Keegan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Washburn University.
