Weatherization Inspector
Devin Karraker began work at the NCRPC as Weatherization Inspector in 2009. He worked in that role from 2009 to 2012 and then rejoined the staff in July 2014. He is certified by the Kansas Housing Resources Corporation to perform weatherization inspections and has completed weatherization inspector/auditor training and thermographic training for energy applications. Devin is certified as a risk assessor through Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE), is a certified Quality Control Inspector (QCI) and is Energy Audit certified.
