Community Development Assistant
Carol Torkelson serves as a Community Development Assistant. In this role, she provides administration assistance for various projects for communities in the region. Carol began this part-time position in January 2024. Carol previously worked for the NCRPC for more than 40 years before retiring at the end of 2020. During her previous tenure with NCRPC she served in several positions, including Office Manager for many years and Housing Director from 2008 to 2020.
