Housing Inspector
Dell Gier began work at the NCRPC in 2002. He is certified to perform Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections. Dell is also certified as a risk assessor and radon measurement technician through Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE), is certified for asbestos inspections, and is a certified Quality Control Inspector (QCI). In addition, Dell is certified by the Kansas Housing Resources Corporation to perform weatherization inspections and has completed weatherization inspector/auditor training and thermographic training for energy applications. Dell is also Energy Audit certified.
