Technical Consultant to NCKCN
Todd serves as a Technical Consultant to NCKCN, an affiliate of the North Central Regional Planning Commission. He first joined the organization in 1999 and has held various roles, including Systems Manager of North Central Kansas Community Network (NCKCN), which is the region’s Internet Service Provider. Todd also served as North Central Regional Planning Commission Assistant Executive Director from January 2016 through December 2017. He is a graduate of Fort Hays State University with a degree in music. Before working with the NCRPC, he worked for seven years as the Multimedia Specialist for North Central Kansas Technical College, where he taught classes in systems administration.
